All transactions on the website are done via PayPal. All orders are delivered with registered mail. In case of delay in delivery the customer should let 30 days pass before claiming a refund. In case of a defective/unusable item, the customer should contact Tenor Guitar Place (tenor@tenor.co.il) no longer than 30 days after receiving the item. All sales are final.
